Welcome to LeadSites ("LeadSites", "we", "us", or "our"), a brand operated by Elevora Technologies. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.leadsites.online, as well as any services, consultations, audits, proposals, communications, websites, website plans, maintenance, support, and related deliverables offered under the LeadSites brand. By accessing our website, submitting your information, requesting an audit or consultation, purchasing a LeadSites plan, renewing a plan, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About LeadSites
LeadSites is a premium, fully managed website service operated by Elevora Technologies, designed for businesses that want a professionally built, conversion-focused website without managing technical setup, hosting, or maintenance themselves.
LeadSites may provide services such as:
- business website design and development;
- lead-generation-focused website creation;
- conversion-oriented landing pages and page structures;
- mobile-optimized website design;
- WhatsApp enquiry routing and customer lead delivery setup;
- contact form and lead capture setup;
- website audit and improvement recommendations;
- hosting, uptime management, and technical website maintenance during the active plan period;
- content layout structuring and page optimization;
- ongoing website support or maintenance depending on the selected plan or renewal status;
- related custom website services, redesigns, or improvements as agreed in writing.
LeadSites is structured as a managed website service, not merely a one-time design file delivery service.
2. Nature of the LeadSites Service Model
LeadSites plans are offered as recurring yearly plans unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
When a client purchases a LeadSites plan, LeadSites may provide a fully managed website solution that can include, depending on the selected plan and agreed scope:
- website planning, design, and development;
- hosting and uptime support;
- technical website management;
- mobile optimization;
- WhatsApp lead delivery or enquiry routing mechanisms;
- maintenance and operational support during the active plan term;
- domain registration support or inclusion where specified by the plan.
The service allows the client to focus on running their business while LeadSites handles the technical website environment within the scope of the active plan.
3. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the authority to act for yourself or the business on whose behalf you engage LeadSites;
- all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- your use of LeadSites and your business activities are lawful and compliant with applicable law.
4. LeadSites Plans, Scope and Deliverables
4.1 Standard Plans
LeadSites may offer pre-defined plans such as Launch, Growth, Scale, or other plan names as displayed on our website or communicated from time to time. Each plan may include different levels of features, page counts, design scope, support, integrations, hosting scope, or maintenance scope. Exact inclusions are determined by plan details published on the LeadSites website, proposal, invoice, or written communication at the time of purchase.
4.2 Custom Scope
Any work requested outside the listed plan inclusions — including additional pages, extra features, major redesign requests, special integrations, advanced automation, migration work, or custom development — may be treated as additional billable work and may require a separate quotation or written approval.
4.3 Audit and Consultation
LeadSites may offer free website audits, consultations, or strategy calls. These are informational and pre-sales support services only and do not create any obligation on LeadSites to perform implementation unless the client formally purchases a service.
5. Project Start and Service Activation
A LeadSites project or yearly service plan shall be considered accepted, activated, or commenced when any one or more of the following occurs:
- the client makes a payment toward a LeadSites plan or service;
- the client confirms acceptance of a proposal, package, quote, or plan;
- LeadSites begins project planning, design, development, setup, or technical work;
- the client submits onboarding information or materials after purchase;
- LeadSites allocates internal resources and begins implementation or managed service setup.
Once project work has begun, the engagement will be governed by these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable LeadSites to provide the service effectively, the client agrees to:
- provide accurate business details, branding, service information, offers, pricing, contact details, and any other content required for the website;
- provide logos, photographs, testimonials, business descriptions, and approvals in a timely manner;
- ensure that all materials, claims, offers, testimonials, and business information shared with LeadSites are lawful, accurate, and authorized for use;
- cooperate with LeadSites during onboarding, feedback, approval, and revision stages;
- review website drafts and communicate required revisions promptly;
- ensure that the client's business, products, services, and claims comply with all applicable laws and industry-specific regulations.
If the client delays approvals, fails to submit required content, becomes unresponsive, or withholds essential information, LeadSites shall not be responsible for project delays, and such delay shall not create a right to refund or cancellation.
7. Client Content and Legal Responsibility
The client remains solely responsible for all business content, legal claims, testimonials, service descriptions, offers, pricing, images, and other materials supplied to LeadSites or approved by the client for publication.
By providing or approving materials, the client represents and warrants that:
- they own the material or have the legal right to use it;
- the material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- the content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, deceptive, or prohibited;
- all claims, offers, pricing, and representations shown on the client website are truthful and compliant with applicable law.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSites and Elevora Technologies from any claim, complaint, penalty, dispute, or liability arising from client-provided or client-approved content.
8. Pricing, Payment and Renewal
8.1 Recurring Yearly Plans
LeadSites plans are generally sold as yearly recurring managed website plans. By purchasing a LeadSites plan, the client understands that pricing relates not only to website creation but also to the managed service model, which may include hosting, upkeep, technical management, and plan-based support during the active subscription period.
8.2 Advance Payment
LeadSites may require advance payment, full upfront payment, or renewal payment before beginning or continuing services.
8.3 Renewal
To continue hosting, technical management, and ongoing managed website service beyond the current plan term, the client must renew the LeadSites plan as applicable. Failure to renew may affect ongoing hosting, maintenance, technical support, and continued service availability.
8.4 Additional Charges
Any work outside the agreed plan scope may be billed separately, including without limitation: extra pages, major content restructuring, special integrations, urgent turnaround work, domain transfer support, major redesign requests after approval, reactivation work after prolonged client inactivity, and migration or custom technical work outside the package scope.
8.5 Payment Failure / Non-Payment
If a payment is overdue, disputed, reversed, charged back, or unpaid, LeadSites may pause work, suspend maintenance, delay deployment, restrict support, withhold deliverables, or suspend the managed service until dues are cleared.
9. Hosting, Domain and Managed Infrastructure Model
9.1 Hosting Included
Where stated in the selected LeadSites plan, website hosting is included as part of the managed service during the active plan term.
9.2 Free Domain
Where offered as part of a plan or promotion, LeadSites may provide a domain registration arrangement for the client website. The exact scope, extension, renewal structure, and management process may depend on the package, offer, or onboarding terms communicated at the time of purchase.
9.3 No Direct Dashboard Access
LeadSites operates as a fully managed website service. Accordingly, clients acknowledge and agree that:
- LeadSites may manage the domain registration environment, hosting environment, technical infrastructure, and website operations on the client's behalf;
- LeadSites does not provide direct login access to domain registration dashboards, hosting dashboards, server environments, or technical backend systems as a standard part of the package;
- the client is purchasing a managed service outcome — not unmanaged infrastructure access.
This structure ensures service quality, uptime management, technical consistency, and a smoother client experience.
9.4 Domain Transfer / Migration Support
If a client later requests transfer of a domain or migration away from the LeadSites-managed environment, LeadSites may, at its sole discretion, offer domain transfer assistance subject to additional charges, technical feasibility, pending dues clearance, and reasonable transition timelines. LeadSites is not obligated to provide free transfer assistance, backend handover, or technical migration work unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Ownership, Access and Service Structure
10.1 Managed Service Position
LeadSites is a managed website service. The client receives the benefit of a live functioning website, business-facing website presence, lead capture functionality, and plan-based hosting/maintenance support as per the active package.
10.2 Client-Facing Website Use
During the active plan period and subject to payment compliance, the client may use the live website created for their business as part of the LeadSites service.
10.3 Technical Environment Control
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, LeadSites retains control over the technical hosting environment, server-side management, platform setup, internal configurations, and domain/hosting dashboards used to provide the managed service.
10.4 Internal Frameworks and Systems
LeadSites retains ownership of its internal methods, code frameworks, systems, design processes, technical structures, deployment workflows, and proprietary operational know-how used in delivering the service. Nothing in these Terms requires LeadSites to transfer internal infrastructure, hosting accounts, technical management systems, or service-delivery frameworks merely because the client has purchased a plan.
11. Revisions and Approval Process
LeadSites may provide revisions as per the selected plan, project scope, or reasonable implementation process. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed website direction — not to create a brand-new project.
Requests that materially change the approved concept, page structure, design system, feature scope, business positioning, or website purpose may be treated as out-of-scope and billed separately. If the client approves a concept and later requests substantial changes, LeadSites may revise the delivery timeline, quote additional fees, or both.
12. Timelines and Delivery
Any timeline communicated by LeadSites is an estimate unless expressly stated as fixed in writing. Timelines depend on scope, content availability, approvals, revision cycles, technical requirements, and third-party dependencies.
LeadSites shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- slow approvals or incomplete information from the client;
- delayed content, logo, images, offers, or business details from the client;
- third-party platform issues, domain/DNS delays, or hosting-related external disruptions;
- force majeure events, technical outages, connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Client Delay, Inactivity and Project Hold
If the client becomes unresponsive, fails to provide required information, repeatedly delays approvals, or pauses the project for an extended period, LeadSites may place the project on hold and may: reschedule the project; archive the work; require a reactivation fee or revised scope to resume; revise the delivery timeline; or treat certain previously agreed deadlines as no longer binding.
No refund shall be available on account of such client-side delay or inactivity.
14. Support and Maintenance Scope
LeadSites may provide hosting, uptime support, technical upkeep, and plan-based website maintenance during the active yearly term. However, unless expressly stated in writing, this does not automatically include unlimited redesigns, unlimited content changes, unlimited feature additions, or unlimited business consulting.
The following may fall outside standard maintenance scope unless specifically included in the plan:
- major redesign work;
- extensive content replacement or frequent manual content updates;
- new page creation beyond the original package;
- new integrations or advanced functionality;
- migration to another provider;
- custom development unrelated to the original scope;
- recovery of issues caused by third-party tampering, client-side unauthorized edits, or external account issues.
15. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
LeadSites websites may rely on third-party providers, software, APIs, messaging tools, analytics tools, hosting vendors, domain vendors, plugins, integrations, fonts, or communication tools. LeadSites does not control such third-party providers and shall not be liable for outages, restrictions, pricing changes, suspensions, policy actions, or failures caused by them.
16. No Guarantee of Leads, Sales or Business Results
LeadSites builds and manages websites intended to improve business presentation, trust, user experience, and lead-capture potential. However, LeadSites does not guarantee:
- any fixed number of leads, enquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, or conversions;
- any particular sales result, revenue level, ROI, or business growth;
- top search rankings or ad performance;
- that a website alone will solve sales or marketing problems;
- that every visitor will become a paying customer.
Business results depend on many factors outside LeadSites' control, including the client's offer, pricing, market demand, sales process, ad strategy, follow-up speed, customer experience, industry conditions, and competitive environment.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For clarity, no refund shall be available once project work has started, subject only to any non-waivable legal rights under applicable law.
18. Suspension or Refusal of Service
LeadSites may refuse, pause, or terminate services where:
- the client engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct;
- the requested project promotes illegal or prohibited activity;
- the client fails to pay fees due;
- the client repeatedly breaches these Terms;
- continuing the engagement would expose LeadSites to legal, reputational, technical, or business risk.
19. Portfolio Rights
Unless the client expressly objects in writing before project publication, LeadSites may display the completed website, business name, screenshots, general project description, and related visuals in our portfolio, case studies, presentations, proposals, or promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing our work.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSites services, website, audits, consultations, and deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free service, universal compatibility, or guaranteed business outcomes.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSites, Elevora Technologies, and their owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, ad loss, downtime loss, or reputational loss.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to LeadSites services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to LeadSites for the specific service or plan giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnity
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadSites and Elevora Technologies from and against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- client-provided content or claims;
- the client's business operations, products, services, or representations;
- misuse of the website or services;
- violation of law or third-party rights by the client;
- breach of these Terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to LeadSites, its website, or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
24. Changes to These Terms
LeadSites may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, service structure, or technical operations. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date.
