This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to LeadSites services offered by Elevora Technologies through www.leadsites.online, WhatsApp, consultations, invoices, proposals, and direct service engagements. By purchasing a LeadSites service or yearly plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of LeadSites Services
LeadSites is a managed website service. Our plans involve website planning, design, development, hosting, technical setup, lead capture setup, project allocation, and managed support effort. Because our services are customized, digital, and resource-based, refunds are governed by the rules below.
2. No Refund Once Project Work Has Started
No refund will be provided once project work has started. A project will be considered started once LeadSites has commenced any work connected to your order, including but not limited to:
- consultation follow-up and onboarding preparation after order confirmation;
- business analysis, page planning, or website structuring;
- design planning, layout preparation, wireframing, or copy arrangement;
- website development, technical setup, or hosting-related preparation;
- WhatsApp lead routing setup, form setup, or implementation work;
- project-specific audit or research performed after purchase;
- any internal allocation of technical or creative resources to your project.
Once such work has begun, all amounts paid toward that service or plan shall be treated as non-refundable, subject only to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before LeadSites has started work on your project, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis. However, LeadSites reserves the right to deduct or retain reasonable amounts toward:
- time already spent in consultation or planning;
- onboarding and administrative processing;
- payment gateway or transaction charges;
- scheduling / resource allocation costs;
- any preparatory work already undertaken.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind, Delay, or Business Decision
No refund shall be granted merely because:
- you changed your mind after purchasing a plan;
- you decided not to proceed after booking;
- your business priorities changed;
- you found another provider;
- you delayed sending content or approvals;
- your internal team was unavailable;
- you did not use the service during the plan term as expected;
- you were expecting a different business result.
5. No Refund for Client Delay or Inactivity
If the project is delayed, paused, or affected because you do not provide content, approvals, branding materials, service details, contact information, or required cooperation, no refund shall be due on that basis.
If the client becomes inactive or unresponsive after work starts, the paid amount remains non-refundable.
6. No Refund for Partially Performed or Completed Work
No refund shall be granted for:
- design work already done;
- website development work already performed;
- hosting setup or managed environment preparation already carried out;
- consultation, audit, planning, or strategic work already delivered;
- revision work already undertaken;
- any custom work created specifically for the client.
7. Yearly Managed Service and Renewal Clarification
LeadSites plans are structured as recurring yearly managed website plans. Payments made for a yearly plan cover the managed website service structure and associated technical, design, hosting, and operational effort for that term.
No refund will be available merely because the client later decides not to continue using the managed model after work has already begun for that term.
8. Domain, Hosting, Transfer and Third-Party Costs
Any cost incurred toward domain registration, domain renewal, hosting, premium tools, third-party services, migration, or transfer support shall be non-refundable once incurred or committed.
If the client later requests domain transfer or migration away from LeadSites, any such transfer assistance may be charged separately and shall not entitle the client to a refund of the original plan fee.
9. Duplicate Payment / Excess Payment
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay an amount in excess of the agreed invoice, please contact us with payment proof. After verification, LeadSites may refund the genuine excess amount, net of non-refundable gateway or banking charges where applicable.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without first attempting resolution with LeadSites, we reserve the right to suspend services, pause website work, withhold further deliverables, and submit relevant project records, invoices, approvals, and policy terms in response to the dispute.
